4WD SCT

Postby l8ight on Thu Jan 07, 2010 10:06 am

Have you guys thought about the new 4WD SCTs? We're still working on the rules we want to use, but have the basics down. 2S, open mod, SCT wheels tires and body. They're a blast to drive, much easier than the 2WD counterparts. We should have our first race with them this Sat at B&T. Check it out:

Most likely we'll run them together with the 2wd but score separately.

well that sucks i figured if we have enough we could just run two classes, not being negative or anything just saying for the people who have a 2wd and a 4wd and would still like to compete with both trucks like i would, i know at least 3 of the people who have 2wd will also have a 4wd next season. i am just saying it would be wierd for them to be all different like that but i understand if it became a time issue that it would get in the way but hopefully we could run them seperately

If there's enough ( at least 4 or each, we'll split them up). We're trying to avoid adding a bunch of new classes as it adds to the length of the race night.

Theres gonna be enough for each class i bet. usually theres like 6 or so sc 2wd so adding 4 4wds would make it packed, I would also like to race both my trucks (when i get a 4wd sc).

Hey Guys,

I am new to the board, but not Racing. I have been out of racing for a while and would love to start racing again. I plan on racing in Mobile and in Foley. I have a new stock Slash 4x4. It seems like there are enough people to run the class. Has anyone come up with the class rules? Thanks for the help and hope to meet you guys soon!

i think there are enough for sure now for a seperate class. I saw 3 out this weekend. and these guys also race 2wd so we couldnt run both at the same time.
